Cabins
ACCOMODATIONS AND LAYOUT
KIA ORA III is an example of the quality of joinery work and
beautiful hand rubbed teak finish, which is trademark of Nautor's
Swan. Well thought out lighting, beautiful off-white leather
upholstery, teak and holly floorboards and an excellent layout make
this one, one of the most desirable Swans afloat.
Interior layout includes four cabins staterooms, each with a head
and shower.
OWNER'S CABIN
The full width owner's stateroom aft has a berth on center line. On
either side of the berth are rounded couches upholstered in
off-white leather upholstery covered by white cotton covers. A
removable teak ladder is on the starboard side of the bed and leads
to the aft cockpit. Bookshelves and lockers are behind each couch
and two large hanging locker are at the forward end of the couches.
Included is an en suite head with a separate shower stall. The
master cabin is equiped with music system and a self-adjustable
air-conditioning.
GUEST STATEROOM AFT
Forward of the owner's stateroom and to starboard is a cabin
suitable for a single, a child, or for the third crew. At the
forward corner of this stateroom and opening in the companionway is
a washing machine and dryer.
MAIN SALOON
The spacious main saloon is located roughly in the center of the
vessel and has a large upholstered couch. at the forward end of the
couch are an icemaker, day fridge and bar. Above the couch is the
entertainment center with TV/DVD and stereo equipment with iPod jack
and two self-adjustable air-conditioning units.
GUEST STATEROOMS
The two forward guest cabins are nearly symetrical, with each a
double bed and single pullman above. Only the portside cabin has
private head, shower and a self-adjustable air-conditioning.
